How does one know the difference between COVID & TB as the symptoms of both include coughing, fever, weakness and difficulty in breathing depending on the strain of COVID?

Coretta is concerned that her husband, John is at risk for TB as he is in prison but shouldn’t she be worried about herself, because as Sonny and Shelly note, she is “getting slim”.
